This baffle forms a physical barrier around your pole, often deterring squirrels from climbing it. Its wrap-around style allows you to add this steel unit to a pole without removing the feeder or home, and it can also be used on shepherd's hooks. The included coupler attaches to round poles from 0.5" to 1.25" in diameter, and the baffle rests above it easily. This barrier will be most effective when placed 4' to 5' off the ground, and your birding item situated 10' to 12' away from tree branches or structural overhangs.
